3 Techniques to Reduce Stomach Fat - It's Not Just About Six Pack Abs By Tyson Faulkner

If you find yourself getting heavier as the years go by, it's time to do something about it. You need to learn the real way to reduce stomach fat and slim down to a healthy weight.

The truth is that fat on your stomach is extremely dangerous, it's not just an issue of how you look. If you don't reduce stomach fat on your body, then you have an increased risk of developing heart disease, diabetes, stroke and other diseases.

So what do you do? Here's 3 techniques:

1. Start eating healthier - No, I don't mean starve yourself or go on a "Fatkins" diet. The way you start eating healthier is by educating yourself on the dangers of processed foods and how your body deals with them. Just by changing a few things in your diet like eating more fresh fruits and veggies and less boxed junk, you can greatly reduce stomach fat.

2. Ditch Your Old Cardio Routine - Instead of doing long boring jogging sessions, change it up to short, intense sprinting sessions. Doing so will keep your metabolism high and help your body to burn calories even while you're not exercising. Plus it will strengthen your heart much more than jogging.

3. Start Lifting Weights - Lifting weights is an amazing workout and will help you build lean muscle mass. The more muscle you have on your frame, the higher your metabolism will be and the easier it will be for you to reduce stomach fat that's stubborn and is hard to get rid of.

If you start to do these 3 things, you will begin to see results and your stomach fat will begin to disappear. It's not instant, but it is the healthy way to burn fat and get in shape. The trick is to take it one thing at a time. Start slow and stay consistent.
