You Can Succeed in Your Weight Loss Plans By Karmen Jones

It doesn't feel good when last year's clothes no longer fit. Or you bump into that friend you haven't seen for ages and she simply looks you up and down and smirks 'girlfriend what has happened to your weight'! Not a good feeling. You make up your mind it's time for action. With that dress you aim to get into hanging on the outside of your wardrobe for motivation, you start to plan.

For many people being overweight is often a symptom of pollutants and toxins within the body. When we cut out the junk foods from our diets and feed our cells water-rich live foods such as freshly extracted fruits and vegetables, the body will start to respond. The live nutrients and antioxidants will help to flush the system of excess pollution, toxins and yes, fat!

Your weight has probably taken an upward hike due to eating too much of the wrong kinds of foods, very easy in the environment we live. After all, what does someone bring if they come visiting, yes chocolate. For birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine 's Day, in fact any celebration. It isn't the done thing to bring a large bowl of fruit, but some yummy chocolate - great stuff. However, it is not great for the body, in fact your body is running for the hills and screaming 'yikes'. It's doing your body and your weight no good at all. Unfortunately today it is all too easy to eat the wrong thing. I'm as guilty as any one else. For instance take your work environment, an added 'treat' is cakes. If anyone has a birthday then out come the biggest, creamiest and yes, yummiest cakes ever. But good for the body, you've guess it, a resounding No!

Time to take back your power and to look after your body and your health. Lose weight, feel more energised and look great. No good saying 'but I've got a slow metabolism' because if you put the right kinds of foods in your body constantly you will see how quick your metabolism will rise.

There is now magic weight loss pill. At least, none that is healthy for your body. Although I'm sure some of the more natural pills such as acai berry may help. However, really it's down to you to educate yourself about the best foods for your diet and to be determine to do all you can to stick to your plan. Then getting into that dress that is hanging outside your wardrobe will become a reality.
